Happy Memorial Day weekend from everyone at The Fox. This is a weekend all about fun in the sun, grilling, a cold beer (or two) and welcoming summer back into our lives. It is also about remembering how lucky we are to have time with friends and family. The Fox would like to take a moment to honor the countless men and women who have died while serving in the United States Armed Forces.

Here’s to a great weekend, cheers.

Happy Mother’s Day!

Today The Fox wants to honor Moms and women everywhere. Woodrow Wilson signed the proclamation in 1914 creating Mother’s Day, the second-Sunday in May, as a national holiday for families to celebrate their mothers in the United States. The Fox celebrates all mothers around the world for their unending love, patience and strength. Cheers to a relaxing, beautiful sunny day.

Now go call your mom to express your
love and thanks for all that she does.

Meet Craig. This Foxhead was spotted outside his home in metro Detroit. Enjoying a sunny spring day, a derby day party and a nice cold brew to take the edge off. He is sporting The Handsome Fox Logo Tee and you can grab yours here. Thanks Craig for spreading the love and staying handsome. The Fox approves.

The Fox Recommends: Paris in Spring

May 4, 2014 § Leave a comment

paris

Sure it’s cliche – but there really is no place like Paris in the springtime. The Fox has been day dreaming about sipping an espresso, people watching along the banks of the Seine, and strolling around one of the hundreds of markets and gardens that make Paris such a joy to visit. The City of Light in spring has inspired countless artists over the ages; the cherry blossoms, the rose buds, the box woods, the glorious grey-blue mansard roof tops lining the Haussmann designed boulevards and city parks steeped in warm sunlight.

Paris offers countless delights for travelers, from fresh baked baguettes that are crunchy outside and when broken are soft flaky and warm, to the sweetest and most vibrantly red strawberries you have ever seen, to hidden shops and brasseries where one can indulge in the storied absinthe culture of Montmartre. When you visit make sure to explore and indulge in various macaron flavors, walk the Champs-Élysées with a lover and step into centuries of history in The Catacombs.

And when you visit make sure it is in spring. Something magical happens when the grey winter fogs lift to reveal Parisians stepping out to meander the gravel lined paths of the Jardin du Luxembourg and the galleries of the Louvre. Here’s to spring time travel, day dreaming and warmer days ahead.

À votre santé.
